As much or as little as you want! This is an interactive supportive community. We hope you’ll commit to setting monthly goals for your journaling practice and seek support if you need it, but interaction is not required. Sometimes, we just need a reminder to do the things that are good for us, like journaling. If that’s all this group is for you, then it’s a win.
